DeliTape - Deluxe Cassette Player app for iPhone and iPad

I love this app looks good and reminds me of those Walkman days.

Nostalgic, easy to use with straightforward feature and design. Love the fast forward play and reverse play when holding down the left and right reels. I know someday someone will suggest the capability of shuffling ... To that person I like to remind them that this emulate analog tape, and there is no shuffling with analog. Keep it simple, thanks.

Super cool app! Amazing full screen view of a cassette and sweet rewind/fast forward functions!! And wicked tape designs!!! Absolutely fun!!!

For better simulation, I suggest utilizing the iPhones gyroscope to mimic wobbly audio when the "cassette" is in motion. (If you ever jogged with a Walkman that didnt have an anti-roll mechanism, you know what Im talking about.)

I still remember making mixed tapes. Those days I thought were long gone and up comes this awesome app. Brings me to my youth. And Im only 37!!! How crazy is that!!!

I have always used the standard iPod that comes with the iPhone to listen to music, but this app had such a fun concept that I had to purchase it! it works wonderfully and the visual of the moving tape looks cool I wish there was either a tutorial attached or an easier to start selecting songs, instead of the current add songs to list, but this just might be different than what Im used to, not wrong

The radio is a neat feature. You should add some designs similar to "vintape" also some of the features. The tape in this app looks the most realistic though. Most others look like cartoons.

I cant seem to shut this unit off once it does start working!!

Takes me back to the good old days when I would request a song on the radio and then record it onto my cassette tape :). Visually appealing, very good!!

Its a great app but I noticed that all the radios are international, European & not a single radio from USA. It would be nice if there were some popular radios from the US available but its ok though, its not important. This app is great with what it offers. I had another app that looked like this one, it was a cassette looking music player but it only played itunes music you had on your phone. Since I dont have any music on my phone, I deleted that one but I prefer this one over the other cassette app I had. I like how this app has the option to play your itunes music but also play music from radios (international in this case) so you dont have to rely only on music on your itunes. Its nice having options to listen from a multitude of radios. I just wish there were at least a few radios from the US though. I guess the international radios are nice if you want to discover new music (which I know I do) & its good to see whats popular in other countries. Actually most of my favorite artists are international artists so Im sure to find music I like from the international radios. Most radios buffer quickly, the audio quality is clear, I like how you can listen to music in the background. It would be nice to add a favorites feature so if you discover songs you like, you could favorite it or bookmark it. Anyway, its a good app.
